Stay in Southdowns’ shepherd’s huts are set on Anna and James’s picturesque family run Drews Farm, the farm sits in the stunning Southdowns National Park.
Amidst the ancient rolling hills its mixture of grazing, arable fields and woodland offer breath-taking walks, views and cycling. Anna and James are keen walkers, sailors and cyclists themselves.
They are delighted to advise you on your route or help in any way they can to make your stay comfortable and fun. Sophie, Sam and Sausage the sheep are in charge in the field by the huts; reared from orphans in the farmhouse they like nothing more than a good scratch, especially if you have a handful of sheep feed.
Farm life goes on around you from feeding the animals to harvesting the crops. The chickens provide fresh free-range eggs for your morning breakfast and meals can be provided for you to heat up in your hut from a local chef sourcing local produce.
