Bedroom
Kingsize bed which you can walk around. Views from the bed across the farm and up into the ancient woodland of Stansted Forest and King Henry VIIIth hunting ground, oak shutters to shut out all the light for those that want to lie in.
Bathroom
Rainforest shower with mains hot water supplied by solar panels on the neighbouring barn. Flushing toilet and basin.
Living Space
Seating for 4 with views out across the valley which were once vineyards , heating supplied by a wood-burner for those cooler evenings. The seating can be converted into a single bed.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully kitted out with electric induction hob, fridge with ice box, combination microwave oven, kettle and butlers sink. A selection of home made meals can be ordered in advance which can be heated up quickly after the days activities.
Outside
Enjoy a bath under the stars in our double ended freestanding bath with views across the woodland or screened for privacy- you choose. There is a fire pit and seating outside to enjoy the sun set and conversations with our pet sheep. Two huts are located 100m from the farm house, tucked behind the farm barn they are 30 metres from each other but they are not overlooked and face in different directions.

Additional Information
Children
Deer lodge can accommodate one child by converting the seating into a bed. An additional travel cot can be supplied for babies.
Pets
Regretfully due to the proximity of the livestock we cannot allow dogs.
Doorstep Meals Delivered
We have teamed up with a local chef who can provide homemade frozen meals which can be defrosted and heated up in the huts. These can be preordered through Anna and a menu is available on request.
Outdoor Activities
Electric mountain bikes, paddleboards for use on the local Chichester Harbour, sailing and windsurfing lessons, and tennis.
all of the above to be prebooked and are subject to availability.
Rowlands Castle Train Station
Just 15 minute walk away so there is no need to bring your car. 4 pubs are within walking distance together with a village shop and cafe.
Walking Trails
Miles of walking trails and cycling are available from the door of the huts.
